The second edition of HO's Keynotes, 

Also known as HOUSEMEN’S KEYNOTES or HO Keynotes, is a set of flashcards that is popular among house officers in Malaysia. The flashcards are designed to provide simple and straightforward early management plan for new house officers, helping them gain confidence in dealing with daily ward cases, emergencies, and complex prescribing scenarios. 

It is a support notes to help house officers laying out their management on patients without co-morbids or while waiting for MO to join in reviewing the patient.

1. HO Keynotes comes in three volumes, and carry more than 150 "entry-plan" for hospital settings from various postings. 
2. The flashcards are water-resistant, durable, with round corners, and can be hung on lanyard or placed inside a pocket. 
3. To allow fitting into the upper pocket of a whitecoat, the flashcards' dimensions are made to be 11 cm x 7.5 cm.
4. Each volume comes with one metal book ring of medium size
5. Several flashcards, especially management that requires visualization of diseases (eg: skin or eye infection, anatomical landmark) or tabulation of data for classifications came with free functional QR codes to view the images.
6. Total weight is 450 g, and the flashcards have 188 pages in total, including section covers.
